Small Part Assembler

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble small precision parts following blueprints, work instructions, and diagrams.
• Use hand tools, tweezers, and fixtures for delicate and accurate assembly.
• Change out CNC machine parts for use in assemblies and deburr components as needed.
• Perform through-hole and surface-mount soldering tasks.
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure accuracy and functionality.
• Organize and track inventory levels, updating records in tracking systems.
• Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment or storage.
• Follow all safety procedures and workplace protocols.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience in small part assembly and inventory management.
• Basic soldering skills (certification is a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and schematics.
• Familiarity with inventory tracking software (Excel, ERP systems, etc.).
• A team-player mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.

Preferred Experience:

• Prior experience in electronics, manufacturing, or assembly work.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and inventory control techniques.
